We warmly welcome custom orders and can re-create any product seen in our online gallery to your exact specifications. Shipping Information

Customer Pick-Up

Customer pick-up at our west Vancouver (Washington) studio is the desired option for picking up your product. Customers are responsible for bringing blankets or other packing materials to protect items in transit. Regular pick-up hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During these hours, staff members will be available to assist customers with loading items. Weekend pick-up times are available by appointment only.  Customers arranging a weekend pick-up should plan to bring another person along who can assist  with loading the items.

Common Carrier Delivery

We are happy to assist customers with shipping needs but are not responsible for costs associated with deliveries. All delivery  fees should be paid directly to the chosen delivery service at the time of delivery. Please contact us directly for assistance with arranging a common carrier delivery.
